Girls Lacrosse’s Booster Club
The In The Crease (ITC) Club was established to help support the needs of a high school sports program that runs at the level that Simsbury Girls Lacrosse requires. The ITC Club has significantly helped the team get the necessary items and has provided the support required to be successful and we’d like to continue that tradition as the program grows. The ITC Club helps with, but is not limited to, the following items:
Fundraising: The program tries to do one major fundraiser a year. In the past couple of years, our one event has been successful enough that we have not needed to do additional fundraising.
In-Season Assistance: ITC Club has helped with game videoing, team apparel, game preparation, buses, post-game food & drink and other last minute needs that may arise.
Banquet Planning: This has been a separate dedicated sub-committee to helping plan and execute the teams end of the year banquet celebration.
Senior Night: This has been a separate dedicated sub-committee to helping plan and execute the teams end of the year senior recognition celebration.
Youth Night: ITC Club has helped coordinate with the Simsbury youth lacrosse community in a recognition night at one of the high school home games towards the end of the year.
Off-Season Activities: From time to time, off-season lacrosse coaching and/or playing is available locally and the ITC Club will organize those events.
