Incoming Freshman or New to the Team?

  1. Register below to get yourself on our communication list so you don’t miss out on team events.

  2. Lacrosse strength training starts in November as a team. This a key component (and biggest adjustment for most) to have success at the high school level as the game is faster and more physical and this will help prevent injuries.

  3. The team will have a couple groups that play in the indoor winter league in East Windsor at Sportsworld. If you get on our communication list, more information will follow.

  4. Know that we typically play games during spring break and will definitely practice. An abbreviated schedule may apply to JV, but that will be communicated as it gets closer to the season.

  5. Lastly, lacrosse is one of those sports where YOU can help your success. Your stick skills can always improve and the more you do on your own, the better off you will be. You don’t need to practice for hours a day…a simple 10-15 minutes on a wall a couple times a week will go a long way!
